The principal function of this role is to support the Global Private Wealth National Accounts team in the management and enhancement of private wealth intermediary relationships. The Global Private Wealth National Accounts team is responsible for developing and growing HarbourVest’s client base in the wealth channel through new platform relationships and through increased engagement with current clients. The Platform Enablement Associate will collaborate closely with senior team members to assist with day‑to‑day operational workflows related to onboarding new partners and maintaining platform infrastructure, producing high-quality presentation materials, fulfilling RFP/DDQ requests, and coordinating distribution partner activities.The ideal candidate is someone who isKnowledgeable about private markets and private wealth distributionHighly motivated, organized, and detail-orientedCapable of managing multiple workstreams under tight timelinesCommitted to producing high-quality work and maintaining strong attention to detailA team player who collaborates effectively with othersWhat you will doPlatform & Relationship ExecutionSupport onboarding activities with distribution partnersCollaborate with Legal, Compliance, Operations, and Marketing to ensure client requirements are metTrack and manage agreement terms, documentation, and key deliverables across relationshipsServe as key point of coordination across internal teams to ensure alignment and timely executionStrategic Cross-Functional CollaborationPartner closely with Marketing team to support the development and execution of platform-specific initiatives, campaigns and conference attendanceSupport the rollout of new products, initiatives, and platform enhancements by coordinating across relevant internal groupsPartner closely with the Client Service team to ensure a high standard of responsiveness and execution across platform relationships, and serve as point of coordination for complex client service mattersMonitor service delivery against partner expectations and identify opportunities to enhance the overall client experiencePlatform Communications & MaterialsSupport preparation and submission of RFPs, DDQs, and ad hoc due diligence requests with accuracy and attention to detailCoordinate and create presentation materials for meetings and platform operational due diligence sessions, including onsite visitsPartner with senior team members to tailor messaging for specific platforms and audiencesData, Reporting & Internal CoordinationMaintain and update data in the CRM system and internal tracking documents to ensure accurate tracking of platform relationships and engagement activityWork with the Commercial Operations team to optimize marketing campaigns, client reporting and underlying activity trackingDevelop and enhance CRM reporting to maintain up-to-date, comprehensive coverage of all platform relationshipsCompile and analyze fundraising metrics, engagement trends, and platform pipeline activitySupport internal communication and preparation for senior-level meetings and updatesWhat you bringAbility to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a teamExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalStrong interpersonal skills and a client-service orientationEducation PreferredBachelor of Arts (B.A.), Bachelor of Science (B.S), or equivalent experienceExperience2-4 years of experience in wealth/asset management, preferably in alternative investments.#LI-HybridBase Salary Range$100,000.00 - $110,000.00This USD base salary range represents only one component of total compensation for this role and is provided in accordance with local requirements. This role is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, which is determined based on individual and overall firm performance. In addition to salary and bonus, total compensation may include eligibility for long-term reward programs and a comprehensive total rewards package that may include retirement, health, insurance, paid time off, and wellness programs. Our total rewards offerings are influenced by several business factors, and eligibility for certain components will vary by position and geography.
