Position Description: This role supports operational readiness and project coordination for DEN projects by engaging stakeholders, documenting expectations, and facilitating meetings and workshops. The position assists Project Managers with questions and feedback, aligns activities across overlapping projects, and conducts site visits as needed. Strong communication skills and experience in airport operations, large‑scale planning, or readiness activities such as training, trials, or simulations are essential. Other duties may be assigned. Responsibilities: Assist DEN Project Managers with general questions and feedback related to operational readiness and project coordination practices. Support DEN project sponsors and stakeholders in documenting their expectations throughout the project duration. Establish regular meetings with stakeholders in accordance to the DEN ORAT governance structure. Coordinate project activities in conjunction with multiple Project Managers to align activities and tasks from overlapping projects. Develop and facilitate project meetings and workshops. Site visits and observations to support the above.
