Project Architect

Description

• Produce comprehensive documents from existing conditions and construction documents to details and specifications
• Lead technical coordination with engineering consultants
• Understanding of local building codes, zoning bylaws and ADA standards
• Review shop drawings, answer RFIs and perform site visits
• Ability to provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior staff under the supervision of licensed principals
• Ability to track project costs, estimate fees and write client proposals

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $37.00 - $40.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
