- Provide consultative client conversations and match solutions to client needs
- Recommend and sell insurance products (auto, home, life, and health) as applicable
- Recommend and help clients select investment products within your registered scope
- Provide excellent customer service to build trust, retention, and referrals
- Participate in training and coaching to build product knowledge quickly
- Meet or exceed sales goals with professionalism and integrity
- Maintain organized follow-up and a strong client/pipeline process
- You enjoy sales and building relationships
- Persistent, resilient, and coachable
- Strong communication skills and consultative, customer-first mindset
- Organized with excellent follow-up
- Spanish-speaking ability is a huge plus
- Insurance industry experience is a huge plus
- WA licensing required prior to hire:
- Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health
- Securities licensing required:
- Must obtain Series 6, Series 63, and Series 65 within 90 days of employment (as required for this position)
- Base salary: $50,000–$60,000
- Aggressive commission structure + unlimited commissions + performance bonuses
- 401(k) with 5% employer match
- Medical and dental coverage after 90 days
- Paid training + growth opportunities
