Yolanda Santana Harris & Brian Harris State Farm is offering an opportunity for a Registered Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone ready to start immediately, build client relationships, and develop long-term expertise in both insurance and investment products through structured training and coaching.

What You'll Do

• Prospect and generate qualified leads through phone, email, referrals, and networking
• Provide consultative client conversations and match solutions to client needs
• Recommend and sell insurance products (auto, home, life, and health) as applicable
• Recommend and help clients select investment products within your registered scope
• Provide excellent customer service to build trust, retention, and referrals
• Participate in training and coaching to build product knowledge quickly
• Meet or exceed sales goals with professionalism and integrity
• Maintain organized follow-up and a strong client/pipeline process

What We're Looking For

• You enjoy sales and building relationships
• Persistent, resilient, and coachable
• Strong communication skills and consultative, customer-first mindset
• Organized with excellent follow-up
• Spanish-speaking ability is a huge plus
• Insurance industry experience is a huge plus

Licensing & Requirements

• WA licensing required prior to hire: Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life & Health
• Securities licensing required: Must obtain Series 6, Series 63, and Series 65 within 90 days of employment (as required for this position)

Benefits & Compensation

• Base salary: $50,000$60,000
• Aggressive commission structure + unlimited commissions + performance bonuses
• 401(k) with 5% employer match
• Medical and dental coverage after 90 days
