Job Description

Manage the founder's inboxes: triage, draft replies in his voice, surface only what needs him.

Own calendar and scheduling end to end, including judgment on what's worth his time.

Stay on top of everything on the founder's plate, his to-dos, and active projects, and prioritize them so he starts each day already knowing exactly what to work on.

Build and maintain SOPs.

Work cross-functionally: coordinate across teams, keep projects and people moving without being chased, and pitch in on projects across different departments as needed.

Support strategic projects: research, planning, and execution

Provide admin and back-end support.

Handle occasional personal admin.

Must Haves

Residency in the Philippines. Open to Filipinos ONLY.

4+ years directly supporting executives or founders.

Strong written and verbal English.

Fluency with Notion, Google Workspace, and Slack.

Total discretion with confidential and sensitive information.

Autonomous problem-solving.

Home Office Requirements
