We’re hiring experienced In Home Caregivers for shifts within these time blocks:

• 8:00 AM–12:00 PM

• 9:00 AM–3:00 PM

• 1:00 PM–5:00 PM

• 5:00 PM–9:00 PM
  

Base pay: $23.00–$26.00 per hour.

We serve clients throughout Bozeman, Belgrade, Manhattan, Three Forks, and Livingston.

We’re especially interested in caregivers who are confident supporting clients with complex or higher-acuity needs.

Depending on the client and care plan, you may:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other ADLs

• Provide mobility and safe transfer support

• Support clients with dementia, Parkinson’s, chronic conditions, or other involved care needs

• Prepare meals and support nutrition and hydration

• Observe and promptly report changes or concerns

• Follow individualized care plans and safety protocols

• Complete accurate documentation

• Provide attentive companionship and meaningful engagement

• Promote independence while providing appropriate hands-on support
  

You May Be a Strong Fit If

You have real caregiving experience and are comfortable when a client’s needs become more involved. You arrive prepared, provide hands-on care confidently, pay attention to changes, communicate promptly, and know when to ask for guidance.

Most importantly, you’re dependable. When you’re scheduled for a shift, clients and your team can count on you.

Requirements

• Previous professional or hands-on caregiving experience

• Confidence with personal care, mobility assistance, and complex care needs

• Strong observation and communication skills

• Valid driver’s license

• Reliable transportation

• Current auto insurance

• Smartphone for scheduling and communication
  

Pay & Benefits

$23.00–$26.00 per hour

Overnight, weekend and some short-notice shifts qualify for Premium Pay at an additional $3.00 per hour.
