Prime Contracts Lead – US, Texas – 12 Months Initial Contract Be part of a next-generation pharmaceutical project that’s transforming how medicines are made. We’re supporting a major new-build facility in Texas, a multi‑billion-dollar investment designed to push the boundaries of science and engineering. We’re looking for a Prime Contracts Lead to join the team and help deliver this world‑class program. What you’ll do: Lead the development, structuring, and execution of $3–$4B prime contract agreements, ensuring full commercial, legal, and operational alignment. Negotiate contract terms with the Prime Contractor to secure favorable commercial outcomes and manage risk, cost, schedule, and performance obligations. Act as the primary contractual interface with the EPCm contractor. Oversee contract governance, ensuring compliance with terms, KPIs, and risk frameworks. Manage the full lifecycle of change orders and contract modifications, ensuring clear documentation and transparency of commercial impacts. What you’ll need: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, or Engineering. Extensive experience in prime contract management on large capital projects. Proven experience managing multi‑billion‑dollar EPCm contracts. Expertise in contract negotiation, structuring, and risk management.
