Why this role is special You'll coach at the frontier of brain health. Work with cutting-edge tools, including 50+ brain-relevant blood biomarkers, cognitive assessments, and an actionable results dashboard — not just food logs. You'll translate science into outcomes. A growing body of evidence shows nearly half of dementia cases are preventable when modifiable risks are addressed; multi-domain programs improve cognitive performance in the near term, too. What the work actually looks like You'll work 1:1 with motivated, highly engaged clients who often come to BetterBrain because dementia runs in their family and they want to take a proactive approach to brain health. Practice at the top of your license by analyzing biomarker patterns, translating complex data into actionable recommendations, and developing personalized brain health and longevity-focused care plans. You'll discuss advanced biomarkers such as APOE4 status and pTau-217 while taking a holistic approach that integrates nutrition, sleep, movement, stress management, and supplements to support long-term cognitive health. Our proprietary AI coaching assistant, BeBe, generates session notes and actionable insights, allowing you to spend more time applying clinical judgment and less time on documentation. What you'll do Coach 1:1 (virtual) to help clients implement multi-domain, evidence-based protocols across nutrition, sleep, movement, stress, supplements, and more. Review and analyze data (blood biomarkers, cognitive assessments, health history) to personalize protocols and track progress over time. Educate with clarity. Turn complex preventive-neurology science into simple, high leverage actions clients can stick with. Co-build our platform . Share insights from the front lines to improve tools, content, and client experience. You'll thrive here if you… Hold an active RDN (CDR) and bring 2+ years of clinical experience. Live and breathe longevity and brain health science (beyond nutrition alone). Love translating data into action and building trusting, motivating relationships. Are comfortable with telehealth, digital tools, and fast, iterative teamwork. What we offer Full-time W-2 role, remote-first. Minimum 30 hours of client scheduling availability per week.
