Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license in the state of New York as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or equivalent is essential to ensure professional competence.

• Demonstrated expertise in solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic practices, with a strong ability to create effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
