Entry‑level applicants will begin with a $30,000 base salary and an opportunity to earn additional compensation and bonuses. Identify client risk exposures and recommend appropriate insurance coverage solutions. Generate new business through networking, referrals, marketing efforts, and community engagement. Prepare quotes, proposals, and presentations for prospective clients. Work closely with account managers and underwriting teams to ensure accurate policy placement and service. Maintain ongoing communication with clients to review coverage needs and provide policy updates. Meet or exceed established sales and production goals. Stay current on industry trends, carrier products, and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate client records and sales activity within the company’s CRM system. Requirements Have or be willing to obtain Active Property & Casualty Insurance License; licensing assistance available - initial 30‑day access to the licensing course. Be willing to obtain Life and Health insurance license within six months after hire – licensing assistance is available. Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and close new business. Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship‑building skills. Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline. Strong organizational and time‑management skills with attention to detail. Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
