In this full-time role of 37.540 hours per week, youll support a diverse student population across one or more assigned schools. Caseloads typically span a range of age groups from preschool through high school, providing both direct and consultative OT services. Your expertise will help students develop key skills for classroom participation, self-care, and functional independence. Daily opportunities include conducting assessments, developing personalized treatment plans, collaborating on IEPs, and integrating therapeutic approaches within the school setting.

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Ohio OT License (required)
• Experience in a school-based setting preferred
• Ability to adapt OT strategies for students across various age groups and ability levels
• Strong communication skills for partnering with teachers, staff, and families
• Keen organizational abilities to manage schedules and caseload documentation

Core Responsibilities:

• Assess students abilities and educational needs related to occupational therapy
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment and intervention plans
• Maintain accurate and timely records per school and state requirements
