As a valued member of the educational team, you will work approximately 37.5-40 hours per week, supporting students across designated school(s). What youll need to succeed:

• Valid Ohio Occupational Therapist license (OH OT License)
• Proven experience or strong interest in school-based occupational therapy
• Ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to accommodate various student needs and ages
• Proficiency in evaluation, treatment planning, and implementation of OT interventions
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Dedication to supporting student developmental, physical, and educational growth

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and evaluations of students functional abilities
• Creating and implementing tailored therapy plans in line with IEP goals
• Delivering direct OT services and monitoring progress for assigned students
• Consulting with teachers, parents, and special education staff to ensure coordinated care
• Maintaining documentation, case notes, and reports in accordance with school procedures
