Youll work collaboratively with educators and families to assess and address students needs, support IEP goals, and promote independence for learners from elementary through high school. Qualifications & Requirements:

• Current and valid Occupational Therapist license for Ohio
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly valued
• Understanding of IEP process and ability to contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Flexibility in working with diverse age groups and abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate regularly with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student progress
• Maintain thorough and compliant documentation of interventions and outcomes
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting
• Travel between assigned school sites as needed

Experience a consistent full-time schedule, with 37.5-40 hours per week during the school year. The position involves working across multiple schools, allowing you to impact a wide roster of students while developing strong collaborative relationships with other professionals.
