MV Transportation is seeking a  Customer Service Representative who will be responsible for a variety of clerical duties, including taking reservations, providing information to the caller, He/she must be attentive to detail, professional, provide superior customer service and be able to work in a team environment in a fast-paced office. A viable candidate must be able to navigate through mulitple software systems and must have good communication skills. 

Talent Requirements:  

• Posses professional demeanor
• Attentive to details. 
• Able to multi-task and to work under pressure to meet deadlines. 
• Customer service experience required. 
• Strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication required. 
• Excellent attendance. 
• Transit experience a plus. 
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
