About the Job Austin’s Best Place to Work is hiring experienced family law attorneys (5+ years) to join our team in Austin. You will represent families navigating divorce, custody, SAPCRs, and more with heart, strategy, and strength. Compensation Base: $120,000–$150,000 salary + performance-based bonus (quarterly + annually). On Target Earnings (OTE) can reach $170,000+. What You’ll Do Lead your own caseload and develop creative, strategic approaches for each client. Represent clients confidently in contested family law matters, including hearings, mediation, and trial. Help families find resolutions through negotiation, not just litigation. Apply deep knowledge of Texas Family Code and TRCP. Counsel clients with clarity, compassion, and pragmatism. Collaborate with a team that believes in winning together and growing every day. Requirements 1–3+ years of experience handling contested family law cases. Active Texas State Bar License. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Strong legal writing and analytical skills.
