Our team of four works closely together and brings a lot of energy, drive, and pride into what we do each day. As an office, we bring 57 years of combined industry experience and have earned recognition as a Chairman's Circle and Ambassador Travel Qualifier. We stay actively involved in the community through local schools, Special Olympics, high school sports, and supporting women-owned businesses. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.ResponsibilitiesManage customer accounts and update information in the database.Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.QualificationsStrong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.Compensation: $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 per yearAre You Driven & Ambitious?This busy insurance and financial services office has a passion to make a difference in the lives of others and better the community.
