Production SupervisorThe Production Supervisor oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production goals are met safely, efficiently, and with consistent quality. This role leads and coordinates production teams, monitors workflow, and supports continuous improvement across all production activities.Responsibilities:Supervise daily production activities on the manufacturing floor to ensure schedules, quality standards, and output targets are consistently met.Lead and direct production team members, providing clear instructions, guidance, and support throughout each shift.Monitor production processes, identify bottlenecks or issues, and take prompt action to resolve problems and maintain smooth operations.Coordinate staffing and task assignments to ensure appropriate coverage and efficient use of labor and equipment.Oversee adherence to safety procedures and company policies, promoting a safe and compliant work environment at all times.Inspect work in progress and finished products to verify they meet established quality standards and specifications.Communicate production status, issues, and needs to leadership and other departments as required.Support training and onboarding of new team members to ensure they understand processes, safety requirements, and performance expectations.Encourage a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and optimize processes.Maintain a strong presence on the production floor, providing hands-on leadership during long and overtime shifts.Essential Skills:At least 2 years of manufacturing or production experience.At least 1 year of lead or supervisory experience in a production or manufacturing environment.Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate production teams.Strong understanding of production processes, workflows, and scheduling.Ability to monitor multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.Proven capability to enforce safety and quality standards on the production floor.Effective communication skills to provide direction, feedback, and updates to team members and leadership.Willingness and ability to work extended hours and significant overtime as required.Additional Skills & Qualifications:Experience in production management or production supervision roles.Experience in coordinating high-volume manufacturing operations.Ability to identify process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.Comfort working in an indoor, non-climate-controlled industrial environment.Flexibility to work day or night shifts based on business needs.Why Work Here?Team members join a manufacturing operation where hard work and commitment are recognized and valued. Available shifts include day shift from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and night shift from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., typically 6 days per week. The work environment is fast-paced and production-focused, with continuous activity on the manufacturing floor and frequent coordination with other team members and departments.Job Type & Location:This is a Permanent position based out of San Antonio, TX.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $58240.00/yr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
