Veterinary Client Service Representative Fort Worth, Texas – The PARC Vet (Thrive Pet Healthcare Partner). Seeking an experienced Client Service Representative (CSR) to join our team in a 24/7 animal hospital providing wellness care and emergency/critical services. Experience & Skills Requirements Customer service experience and at least 1 year in veterinary medicine (highly preferred). Knowledge of veterinary triage (highly preferred). Excellent communication skills and teamwork orientation. Outstanding multi-tasker. Ability to work rotating weekends and certain holidays. Desire to practice empathetic, gold standard medicine benefiting our patients. Positive, kind attitude with trustworthy communication with clients and team. Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Motivation to grow and advance within the organization. Role Responsibilities Greet clients and pets, complete new client registrations, and provide wait‑time information. Educate clients and answer non‑medical inquiries. Maintain client relationships and service standards by responding to phone calls, taking messages, transferring calls, and monitoring email and faxes. Schedule appointments, including in‑office diagnostics, and communicate with referring hospital staff to access patient records; create reminders and reschedule missed appointments. Maintain computer records with up‑to‑date client and patient data, verifying each patient entering the hospital. Keep front desk, reception area, waiting areas, and exam rooms neat and clean. Ensure financial responsibilities are met: review charges for services upon completion or discharge, reconcile cash drawer with computer‑generated reporting.
