Are you someone who thrives in a fast-paced office but takes pride in getting the details just right? We’re looking for a polished, organized, and motivated Receptionist to become the face of our small, close-knit office.
In this role, you’ll handle a variety of administrative tasks that keep our operations running smoothly—from answering phones and assisting customers to managing data entry with a high level of accuracy. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys structured, process-driven work and understands that precision matters more than speed.
You’ll play a key role in maintaining office efficiency, keeping things organized, and ensuring every number, task, and interaction is handled with care. If you are proactive, professional, and take great notes while learning, you’ll fit right in!
Requirements :
- 1–2 years of receptionist or administrative experience required
- Ability to calculate and apply sales tax required
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Hours : Monday - Friday, 8:30AM - 4:30PM
