DUTIES:
Receives patients upon arrival to the office. Performs patient registration, responsible for third party coverage verification and referral renewals. Ability to explain patient responsibility including insurance copay, co -insurance and deductible amounts. Identifies opportunities for back billing of previous visits based on new insurance and forwards information to appropriate people. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Applicants must have at minimum 1 year previous medical front office experience. Qualified applicants must be detail oriented with exceptional follow-up abilities.
