Radiology - Cardiac Cath Lab Tech

Cath Lab Technician

This is a 13-week contract position.

Day shift, 4x10 hours (07:00 - 17:30)

We are seeking a dedicated Cath Lab Technician with specialized experience in Cardiac Cath and Interventional Radiology, Vascular, or Neuro. The ideal candidate will have experience in at least two of the four modalities and be a team player committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform a range of cath lab procedures in accordance with established protocols.
• Assist in interventional procedures while maintaining a sterile environment.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure high standards of care.
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed.
• Maintain knowledge of and adherence to safety protocols and best practices.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of experience in Cath Lab; 2 years preferred.
• National Certification as a Registered Cardiovascular Tech (RCVT) preferred.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required; RCIS preferred.
• Previous experience as a Scrub Technologist in a Cath Lab setting.

The position is located within a hospital system that covers multiple facilities within a 20-mile radius.
