Seven Healthcare are seeking an experienced Level 2 NICU Registered Nurse for a travel assignment in Rochester, NY. This role is focused on supporting neonates with more emphasis on Women's Health services rather than critical care, integrating into a dynamic environment on a 13-week contract with potential extensions.

Key responsibilities of the Level 2 NICU RN include:

• Administer blood & blood products, antibiotics/antivirals
• Perform APGAR scoring and arterial line management
• Assist with lumbar puncture and attend high-risk deliveries
• Monitor blood glucose and provide breastfeeding support
• Manage respiratory distress syndrome and surfactants
• Handle neonatal sepsis work ups and administer insulin
• Perform thermoregulation and suctioning
• Manage ventilator settings (AC/PC/SIMV/CPAP/BIPAP/PEEP)

Requirements of the Level 2 NICU RN include:

• Must have a valid NY license prior to submission
• BLS and NRP certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar role
• EPIC charting experience is required
