We are currently searching for an exceptional Sander to join our team in Corona, CA . The Sander will work exclusively in the sanding pre/post paint production process and will be responsible for sanding, semi‑finishing electric guitar bodies, manual sanding of guitars, quality control, minor corrections of irregularities, and cleanup of the immediate work area. Essential Functions Sand electric guitar and bass bodies using a variety of sandpaper grades in circular and up/down motions Identify and correct minor surface irregularities using glue, filler, and sanding techniques Follow detailed sanding procedures to meet quality finish standards Inspect all incoming and outgoing product for flaws or defects... Qualifications 1–2 years of experience in sanding, woodworking, carpentry, or a related manufacturing field preferred. Experience in a production environment or finishing process strongly preferred. Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures. Strong attention to detail and commitment to craftsmanship. Good verbal and written communication skills. High school diploma or equivalent required.
