Requirements Yard Associate Yard associates are outgoing, driven and hard-working individuals who are experienced in and/or willing to learn a multitude of skills and thrive in a customer service environment. They can also help customers by loading heavy items such as bags of feed and bales for hay that may range over 100lbs.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- 32 - 40 hours per week - preferably 8 hour shifts.
- Available weekdays and weekends.
- Must be able to be on your feet for long periods of time.
- Must be team oriented.
- Must be able to thrive in a customer service and sales-oriented environment.
- Must be able and willing to learn about a variety of products and utilize that knowledge in dynamic situations to help customers and employees alike.
- Bilingual is a plus.
- Lifting/Pushing/Pulling/Carrying 100+ LBS 4-10 hours per day
- Being on your feet/standing for up to 8+ hours.
- Walking 6-10 hours per day
- Bending and twisting 4-8 hours per day
- Occasionally climbing ladders
