- Translate complex trading mechanics and data into intuitive, performant user interfaces
- Establish and maintain design standards and consistency across Phoenix and future products
- Incorporate feedback, user research, and usage data to inform continuous iteration
- Own the company and product brand
Qualifications
Required
- 2+ years of experience designing trading products, with a portfolio that demonstrates elegant solutions to complex interaction and data challenges
- Strong attention to detail across both visual and interaction design
- Ability to work closely with engineers and understand implementation constraints
- High ownership mentality and a desire to make fast, informed product decisions
- Passion for decentralized finance and building in the open
Preferred
- Familiarity with crypto/Web3 design patterns and user behaviors
- Exposure to Solana or similar blockchain ecosystems
