This organization operates at the intersection of sophisticated financial advisory services and technology, supporting high-stakes transactions and complex workflows for teams around the world. As the firm continues to invest in its digital infrastructure, this is an opportunity to join a dedicated product organization with the stability and resources of an established financial institution.In this role, you'll serve as the design lead for a suite of business-critical internal products, including a high-priority CRM platform supporting advisory teams. Reporting to the Program Manager for Investment Banking IT, you'll own the design process from discovery and research through final implementation while also providing mentorship and guidance to a small team of researchers and designers.
