De Pere Smiles is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our growing practice in West De Pere. Responsibilities

• Ensure patients feel comfortable and cared for before, during, and after treatment
• Sterilize instruments and maintain a clean, safe clinical environment 
• Conduct initial patient screenings and review oral health histories
• Identify conditions such as gingivitis, caries, and periodontal disease
• Perform dental cleanings and preventive treatments including fluoride applications and sealants
• Educate patients of all ages on proper oral hygiene and preventive care
• Take digital X-rays and scans
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and clinical charts

Qualifications

• Current Registered Dental Hygienist license
• Diploma or degree in Dental Hygiene
• Strong understanding of dental health and safety regulations
• Experience preparing and maintaining dental equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment
