Overview This temporary summer position is ideal for a motivated and detail-oriented student looking to gain hands‑on experience in a professional environment. You will support our data management operations by performing accurate data entry, maintaining organized records, and assisting with essential administrative functions. Key Responsibilities Data Entry: Input information accurately into company databases and systems. Quality Control: Review and verify data for completeness and accuracy. File Management: Organize and maintain digital and physical records. Administrative Support: Assist with basic clerical tasks as needed. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data entry workflows. Basic Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Preferred Requirements Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines. Compensation The base salary range for this position is $20 per hour. The exact base pay offered will take into account internal equity, work location, and additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
