You will be: As a Marketing Services Campaign Manager at Accenture Song, you will play a pivotal role in aiding our clients in executing efficient and effective direct marketing communications. Your expertise will help design marketing programs to attain acquisition, growth, and retention goals across various business models including B2C, B2B, and B2B2C. Specifically, you will focus on managing marketing strategies within our automation platform, enhancing key marketing functions, and fostering loyal client relationships while creating economic value. The work: Collaborate closely with campaign operations, client teams, and third-party vendors to ensure effective campaign execution from inception to delivery. Work with the Customer Marketing Strategy team to validate campaign feasibility and translate marketing strategies into actionable business requirements. Develop and oversee project plans and timelines to ensure timely delivery of marketing campaigns as per the campaign calendar. Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) that encompass audience targeting, campaign design, monitoring, and performance metrics. Maintain clear communication regarding client and team expectations throughout the campaign delivery process; address risks and issues proactively. Foster strong relationships with client marketing teams to support cohesive campaign planning and execution, managing timelines for integrated campaign delivery. Lead the offshore Campaign Services team, providing technical guidance and clarifying business needs. Analyze campaign metrics, presenting insights and trends; work collaboratively with the Customer Marketing Strategy team for optimization. Manage service demand, capacity for delivery, and client expectations effectively. Here’s what you’ll need: A minimum of 3 years of experience in a direct marketing execution role such as Campaign Management or within a Marketing Service Provider or Agency. At least 3 years of experience with transactional databases and marketing automation technologies, including but not limited to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Campaign, and other similar platforms. At least 2 years of experience in Campaign Migration Strategy, Campaign Management, Business Requirements Documentation, and expertise in AJO and RTCDP functional areas. Bonus points if: You have experience with HTML. You understand marketing strategy and have experience with audience targeting, segmentation, and campaign analytics. You are knowledgeable about the interplay between marketing strategies, customer data, segments, channels, creative content, and how they drive business outcomes. You can evaluate concepts and present recommendations effectively to senior leadership.
