Process Title and Registration transactions in line with production and quality standards daily Verify Daily Title Reports Ship license plates daily and confirm plate inventory Answering general questions by telephone, email or in person Maintain records, filing systems and computer files Photocopy documents Perform quality control audits and checks Open, sort and enter data for daily orders Shipping and Receiving Assist walk-in customers and online submissions Qualifications: Title and Registration or MVD experience a plus! Be able to lift 20lbs Strong attention to detail and organized General accounting experience or working with numbers Computer experience – MS EXCEL, MS WORD, Outlook, SharePoint Excellent communication and interaction skills and telephone skills Dependable and punctual with flexibility in schedule to get work completed as necessary daily Be supportive in a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude Clean Driving Record with ability to pass 10-year DMV background check Possess current AZ driver's license High School Diploma/GED Exceptional aptitude and flexibility towards serving and assisting others Skills in reading records and resolving complex issues with customer records or policy interpretation Verra Mobility Values An ideal candidate for this role naturally works in alignment with the Verra Mobility Core Values: Own It.
