CyberSecurity Specialist

Job Role: CyberSecurity Specialist Hybrid - Phoenix, AZRole Summary Support deployment of agentic SOC capabilities, AI-assisted investigations, analyst copilots, and workflow automation initiatives across Cyber Detection & Response. Coordinate delivery activities, integrations, documentation, reporting, and operational readiness efforts.Responsibilities

• Coordinate implementation activities across variety of internal teams.
• Track project milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items.
• Assist with navigating internal processes and procedures.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and operational readiness activities.
• Maintain project documentation, runbooks, and implementation artifacts.
• Coordinate activities with vendors and implementation partners.
• Track adoption and performance metrics.Skills & Qualifications
• 3+ years supporting cybersecurity or technology programs.
• Understanding of SOC operations, threat detection, and incident response workflows.
• Experience coordinating complex technical deployments.
• Familiarity with SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and security operations technologies.
• Strong project management, reporting, and stakeholder coordination skills.
• SOC Operations & Incident Response – Strong understanding of Security Operations Center (SOC) processes, threat detection, investigation workflows, and incident response activities.
• Cybersecurity Technology Platforms – Hands-on exposure to SIEM, SOAR, EDR, and other security operations technologies supporting detection and response functions.
