Behavioral Health Technician

Orange Branch Therapy is looking for compassionate, reliable team members who want more than just another ABA job. We are a locally owned, BCBA-led practice that prioritizes quality care, meaningful client relationships, and strong clinical support. Our BCBAs maintain small caseloads, allowing technicians to receive consistent supervision, mentorship, and individualized guidance rather than feeling like just another name on a schedule. As an RBT, you will provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents in home, school, and community settings. You will implement treatment plans, teach communication and life skills, support behavior goals, collect data, and help clients achieve meaningful progress. Responsibilities Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy services Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA Teach communication, social, play, adaptive, and daily living skills Collect and record accurate session data Implement behavior intervention plans Collaborate with families and the clinical team Maintain timely and professional documentation Participate in ongoing training and supervision Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required RBT certification preferred; candidates willing to obtain certification are encouraged to apply Experience working with children preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Reliable transportation Ability to pass required background screenings Why Orange Branch Therapy?
