The Enrichery is opening our first Dallas location in January 2027, and we're hiring the founding Office Manager to help build it from day one. You will help shape the culture, systems, and standard of care our families will rely on. We've built that reputation in Houston since 2015 (Inc. 5000 list in 2026, two-time Houston Chronicle Top Workplace), and we're looking for someone who thrives on structure, builds real relationships with families, and takes pride in handling the details. 

What You'll Do

• Be a steady, welcoming presence: Greet parents and students warmly and ensure every interaction reflects our standards of care and professionalism, setting the tone for what The Enrichery experience looks and feels like in Dallas.
  

• Manage scheduling with precision: Maintain accurate Academic Coach and client session schedules through our Enrichery portal, keeping our systems organized and up to date.
  

• Support your location director: Assist with administrative tasks including scheduling, client follow-ups, and building and maintaining checklists and operational procedures.
  

• Keep the office running like clockwork: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked workspace with clear systems in place so nothing falls through the cracks.
  

• Support employee transitions: Assist with onboarding and offboarding employees using established processes to ensure smooth, consistent handoffs.
  

• Handle office logistics and support flagship Dallas location set-up: Run occasional errands and manage supplies so the team always has what it needs; coordinate deliveries and vendors and assemble office furniture to get the location ready for sessions and our Dallas grand opening.
  

• Represent The Enrichery in the community: Occasionally assist the Location Director at marketing and local community events.
  

• Create/assemble marketing baskets and materials: Ongoing work to support community relationships and local outreach.
  

• Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Plus:

• Strong working knowledge of Google Suite
  

• Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
  

• Comfortable navigating difficult client situations with patience and professionalism
  

• Solution-oriented approach to unexpected challenges
  

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move up to 15 pounds occasionally
  

• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods throughout the workday
  

• Ability to use a computer and other standard office equipment for extended periods
  

Schedule (hours may be adjusted during the summer depending on regional client demands)

• Monday through Thursday: 1:30pm to 9:30pm & Sundays: 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
