Operations CoordinatorJob Type: Full timeShift Schedule: M-F 7am-4pmSalary: $19.00/hourPre-employment background check and drug screen required.Operations Coordinator Job Duties:AP Invoice ManagementCode invoices and communicate to AP departmentScan picking slips to Corp share folderPurchase Order ReceiptsReceipt Non-Stock suppliesReceipt Raw material (Sawdust)Receipt Packaging MaterialHuman Resources CoordinationWork with senior HR staff on all initiatives including but not limited to: Onsite HR support, New Employee Onboarding support, Payroll support, Timeclock support, general HR recordkeeping, onsite benefits coordinationDaily ReportingReview daily bagging reports and update finished goods inventory (Build assemblies)Month End CloseSupport the finance department on all month end close procedures including but not limited to physical inventory, AP Invoice management.ShippingPrinting BOLs/Picking slipsReconciling BOLs and doing ship all function in SageCommunicating BOLs with AR Dept. for invoicingSigning trucks in and out of the plant for outgoing shipments.Other Administrative SupportProvide support to PM and safety programUpdate daily reports as assignedPostal mail and daily package distributionOther assigned dutiesOperations Coordinator Job Requirements:High School degree requiredAbove average skills in communication both oral and writtenAbove average skills in organization and attention to detailDemonstrates ability to work as a teamwork and effectively manage through othersDemonstrates the ability to work under pressure and multi-taskPrevious experience in manufacturing office and/or accounting preferredOperations Coordinator Benefits:Employee referral bonus program2 weeks paid time off + 2 floating holidaysMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance (FSA & HSA options)Educational assistanceLife insurance, short term & long-term disability401(k) with employer match & immediate vestingEmployee heating pellet programLignetics SWAG gear to include an annual pair of work boots & other PPE
