Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, communicating with surgical teams, and ensuring quality patient care during surgical encounters. The ideal candidate holds a BSN or an Associate degree with a commitment to obtaining a BSN within 5 years, and must have a current Ohio Nursing License and CPR certification.
