Our agency opened in 2012 and has built a strong reputation for serving our customers and community. My journey into the industry started through a family connection, my mother-in-law is a State Farm agent and introduced me to the opportunity, which ultimately led me to build my own agency. I’m a graduate of UCLA and a proud husband and parent of two. As a family, we love to travel and spend quality time together. We stay actively involved in the community by supporting programs within the Oak Park School District and contributing to local initiatives that make a difference for families. For our team, we offer a 401(k), a strong focus on work-life balance, and reimbursement for licensing costs to support your growth in the industry. Daniel Andrade - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member. Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
- Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
- Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
- Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
- Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
