Role Description The Store Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Greenwich, CT, responsible for overseeing daily store operations and ensuring an excellent customer experience. This role includes leading and coaching the team, managing opening and closing procedures, monitoring inventory, and maintaining visual merchandising standards aligned with brand guidelines. The Store Manager will track sales performance, implement retail loss prevention measures, and ensure that service levels support customer satisfaction and loyalty. The position also involves scheduling, basic reporting, and collaborating with regional leadership to meet store targets and uphold Jacadi’s brand values. Qualifications Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and a focus on Customer Satisfaction. Effective Communication skills for interacting with customers, coaching team members, and coordinating with management. Experience in Store Management, including day-to-day operations, team leadership, and sales performance oversight. Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices to reduce shrink and protect store assets. Previous retail management experience, ideally in premium or children’s apparel. Ability to work on-site full time in Greenwich, CT, including weekends and holidays as needed.
