Senior Payroll Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Analyst to support accurate and timely payroll processing while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. This individual will work closely with Payroll, Human Resources, Finance, and Accounting to resolve payroll issues, improve processes, and maintain accurate employee records. Key Responsibilitie sProcess and review multi-state payroll accurately and on schedul eAudit payroll data, employee changes, deductions, bonuses, commissions, and other compensatio nReview payroll reports and reconcile payroll-related account sResearch and resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquirie sEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll and tax regulation sSupport payroll tax filings, year-end processing, W-2 preparation, and related reportin gCoordinate with HR and Benefits on employee changes, leave, deductions, and termination sPartner with Accounting during month-end close, including journal entries and payroll reconciliation sMaintain payroll records and documentation in accordance with internal policies and regulatory requirement sAssist with internal and external audit sIdentify opportunities to improve payroll processes, controls, and reportin gSupport payroll system implementations, upgrades, testing, and special projects as neede Qualificatio nsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field preferr ed4 or more years of payroll experience, preferably supporting multi-state payro llStrong understanding of payroll regulations, payroll taxes, wage and hour requirements, and payroll best practic esExperience with payroll systems such as ADP, Workday, UKG, Paycom, or similar platfor msStrong Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and data analys isExcellent attention to detail and organizational skil lsAbility to handle confidential information with discreti onStrong communication and problem-solving skil lsAbility to manage competing priorities and meet strict deadlin esCertified Payroll Professional, or CPP, designation is a pl What We Of ferCompetitive compensat ionComprehensive health and wellness benef itsRetirement savings p lanPaid time off and company holid iesCollaborative and supportive work environm #J-18808-Ljbffr
