For producers located outside the region, we support a fully remote structure with a dedicated travel budget to engage with clients and prospects. In either case, you’ll have the tools, service team, and autonomy to succeed Responsibilities Responsible for generating prospects, providing insurance solutions, and supporting the client Create and maintain prospect lists of potential clients through warm and cold calling Identify clients’ insurance needs, gaps in coverage, and potential premium savings Obtain accurate information from prospects for comprehensive submissions to insurers Maintain concern for timeliness and accuracy when interacting with clients, agency, and company personnel Work within a team structure to help provide clients with continued support even after sales cycle is completed Perform other duties that may be required or assigned by the supervisor Requirements 5+ years of production success in P&C insurance Demonstrated expertise and reputation in a specific niche market (current Sovereign specialties or others) A strong record of new business growth and client retention Desire to take ownership of building a practice and reputation within a supportive, team‑oriented environment Entrepreneurial spirit paired with a commitment to collaboration and client service Has a proven production track record with established client relationships Brings recognized expertise in a niche market and the credibility to be seen as a subject matter expert Wants to be a practice leader, not just a salesperson Values being part of a firm where long‑term contributions are recognized, appreciated, and rewarded Benefits Competitive salary, commensurate with experience with uncapped commission Health insurance, vision, dental, life insurance, and more.
