Assistant Manager Requirements & Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, retail, hospitality, or leadership experience preferred
• Quick-service restaurant management experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Dependable attendance and reliable transportation

Assistant Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations and support the general manager in all aspects of business performance
• Coach, motivate, and develop crew members and shift managers for ongoing success
• Ensure consistent Quality, Service, Cleanliness, and Safety standards throughout all shifts
• Manage staffing, labor deployment, and scheduling for optimal service
• Address customer concerns and oversee effective guest recovery
• Support inventory management, cost control, and food safety compliance
• Step in as acting manager when needed and help identify and cultivate future leaders
