Advanced Practice Provider (3140)NSC Cardiology, part of US Heart & Vascular (USHV), is seeking a compassionate and motivated Advanced Practice Provider to join our preventive cardiology practice in Cumming and Johns Creek, Georgia — serving the North Metro Atlanta community.The APP will work closely with the practice's physician to provide high-quality, outpatient cardiovascular care with a strong focus on cardiometabolic risk management, including diabetes, lipid disorders, hypertension, and chronic kidney disease, along with heart failure and atrial fibrillation management. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, growing practice with real potential to develop into an independent clinical role.Position highlights include a full-time, Monday–Friday clinic-based schedule — no call, no routine hospital rounding; a preventive cardiology focus: cardiometabolic risk, heart failure, and atrial fibrillation management; split time between the Cumming and Johns Creek offices; a supportive, physician-led practice environment with hands-on training; and openness to newer APPs with a strong cardiology or critical care nursing background.Responsibilities include conducting outpatient clinic visits, including chronic disease management and cardiovascular risk-factor evaluation; managing patients with cardiometabolic conditions, heart failure, and atrial fibrillation; collaborating with the supervising physician to ensure efficient, coordinated patient flow; providing patient education and support diagnostic testing as needed; and working toward independent clinic coverage as training and experience progress.Qualifications include an active license in the state of Georgia, or license-eligible; cardiology experience preferred; strong clinical skills and ability to work both collaboratively and independently.Compensation is competitive, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.Cumming and Johns Creek are among the fastest-growing and most desirable communities in North Metro Atlanta, known for excellent schools, family-friendly neighborhoods, and a large, vibrant South Asian community.
