Sales Specialist

The Agency Sales Specialist supports agency growth by building strong customer relationships, identifying insurance needs, and recommending appropriate coverage solutions. This role helps deliver a positive customer experience through proactive sales conversations, policy reviews, service support, and follow-up. The ideal candidate is motivated, organized, customer-focused, and committed to helping protect what matters most to customers.
