What We Are Seeking For this newly created role, Insure Pacific is seeking a full-time, relationship-driven Commercial Lines Account Manager supporting commercial lines across all offices including Prineville Insurance and Gerald Ross Agency. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, and confident managing accounts independently while providing exceptional customer service. We are looking for someone who values accuracy, collaboration, and takes pride in building strong lasting relationships with clients, carrier partners, and internal team members. Job Responsibilities Manage client accounts from initial contact through policy binding and ongoing service. Process policy changes, certificates, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements accurately and promptly. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships. Review client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Prepare applications, gather underwriting information, and market accounts to carriers. Meet agency service standards, production goals, and retention objectives. Keep organized, prioritize workload and consistently meet deadlines. Maintain accurate documentation and account records in the agency management system ( Hawksoft ). License: Property & Casualty (ANY State) Minimum of 4 years of Commercial Lines experience as an Account Manager with an independent insurance agency Preferred Skills Associate Degree License: Property & Casualty (OR) Management System: Hawksoft Computer Skills: Google Docs Additional Language Skills: Spanish Health Vision Paid Vacations Paid Holidays Paid Sick Time 401(k) – eligible after 1 year of employment Short-Term Disability – eligible after 1 year of employment #J-18808-Ljbffr Insure Pacific
