This position is ideal for a Physical Therapist who enjoys working independently while helping patients regain strength, mobility, and overall functionality in their daily environment./ppAs a Home Health Physical Therapist PT, you will work closely with patients recovering from illness or injury, developing and adjusting care plans to support their goals and improve outcomes.
