Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum of 1 year of physical therapy experience required
• Active Maine state license required
• Valid driver's license, car, and auto insurance required
• Experience with adult patients recovering from orthopedic surgeries, other surgeries, fall risk, deconditioning, and mobility issues required

Assignment Details

• Shift hours: 0800-1700
• Scheduled Monday through Friday
• Weekend rotation required: 1 weekend every 4-6 weeks, Saturday and Sunday
• Holiday rotation required: 50% of holidays during the assignment
• Coverage required throughout Aroostook County
• Travel between patient visits may range from 50-100 miles per day
• Orientation is 1-2 weeks
