Summary This position is a Maintenance Worker, WG- 4749-8 working in Los Alamos, New Mexico for the IM-1539-BAND. Major Duties Perform recurring building and/or utility maintenance and operation duties and assist journeymen and other higher‑graded workers. Replace light switches and household light fixtures and change light bulbs. Mix masonry cement, sand and water, cinder blocks and flagstone. Perform concrete and plaster touch‑up around existing historic and other masonry structures. Operate and perform minor maintenance on vehicles such as a ten‑wheel dump truck, front‑end loader, bulldozer, and hot oil distributor. #J-18808-Ljbffr
