Call Center Agent
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Call Center Agent to join our dynamic customer service team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our valued customers, handling inbound and outbound calls with professionalism and efficiency. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding customer needs, resolving inquiries promptly, and providing exceptional support to enhance the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints with patience and empathy
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
- Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer relationship management (CRM) system
- Identify and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate higher-level personnel
Qualifications
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
- Proficient with CRM software and call center technologies
