About The Company: Our client is a financial services company looking to add a motivated Call Center Representative to their team. The organization places a strong emphasis on delivering a top-tier customer experience while keeping operations running efficiently.
Job Description: The Call Center Representative will field a high volume of inbound calls, offering professional and attentive support to customers. Responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, handling order processing, and keeping customer records accurate and up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address customer questions and resolve complaints in a professional, courteous manner
- Investigate customer concerns and provide solutions, escalating more complex issues when needed
- Process customer orders and payments accurately and ensure timely completion
- Make outbound calls to promote products and meet assigned sales goals
- Collect customer feedback and maintain accurate, up-to-date customer records
- Conduct follow-up calls to confirm satisfaction and flag recurring issues for leadership
Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years of experience in a high-volume call center setting required
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, ticketing/phone systems, and CRM platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities
- Customer-focused, collaborative, and able to stay on task in a fast-paced setting
- Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience will be considered in place of a degree
Additional Details: This is a contract role lasting approximately 2-3 months, fully onsite in Alexandria, VA.
