Responsibilities

* Engage with customers via live chat to answer questions, resolve issues, and provide information about our services.
* Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
* Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously while ensuring a high standard of quality.
* Accurately document customer interactions and transactions, recording details of enquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
* Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team members or departments.
* Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and a a positive team environment.
* Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to clients.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in a customer service or support role, preferably with live chat experience.
* Exceptional written communication skills, with a strong command of English spelling, grammar, and punctuation.
* Fast and accurate typing skills are essential.
* The ability to work independently and manage your own time effectively in a remote setting.
* A patient and empathetic approach to customer support.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
* A reliable internet connection and a suitable, quiet home office environment.
* Familiarity with CRM systems is advantageous but not essential.
